A one-on-one Personal Breakthrough Session is a rapid way to easily and effortlessly achieve significant change in an area of life using the power of your subconscious mind.
It is a 3-8 hour coaching process to address one area of life at a time (career/finances, relationships, health/fitness, family, and personal/spiritual development) to find out exactly what you want and set you on a clear path to achieve your goals.
We will work to identify the barriers that currently prevent your success that you may not be aware of consciously, including fears, negative emotions, and limiting beliefs. Often times, what we think we want is in opposition to the things we think are important… our values. We will elicit both your conscious and your deeper subconscious values… the ones you may not be aware of that are controlling your behavior.
In the first part of the session, we will:
Discuss what NLP is and how it works to create significant change in a short amount of time
Discuss the power of the subconscious mind and the importance of focus and direction of motivation to achieve goals
Identify the root problems/concerns, negative emotions, limiting beliefs, inner conflicts, and unresourceful habits through a detailed personal history
Elicit current values to identify those that may be subconsciously working against you
In the second part of the session, we will:
Eliminate negative emotions and limiting beliefs and resolve conflicts identified during the personal history using advanced NLP and TIME Techniques™
Establish resources and align values
Use hypnosis/guided relaxation to help embed new desired behaviors
Harness the power of your subconscious mind by setting future goals into your timeline
After the session, you will:
Take action -- You may be given tasks to further ensure you achieve your goals
